3 Bedroom House in Putty
Escape the city, relax & spend time with family & friends. Nestled between the Wollemi & Yengo National parks you have walking & mountain bike trails to explore. An hours drive & your in the vineyards of the hunter valley. The cottage also supports those working remotely with high speed NBN. You will have the entire 100 acres to yourself! Fully fenced yard & dog friendly, indoor/outdoor fire place, bbq, pizza oven, satellite tv, creek, 100 acres to explore & lots of farm animals!
The farm is a 2 hour drive from sydney city. The house is sun drenched during the day and the sunsets here are spectacular. There is your very own vintage caravan for extra guests if needed. Transport to the property is all tar sealed and no 4wd is required. You will have the entire property to yourself. We live close by but not on the property and you will have complete privacy and your free to roam around. New split systems have been installed in the cottage rooms to keep you cool in summer and cozy warm in winter.
We have miniature ponies, horses, highland cattle, sheep, alpacas and chooks at the farm. If your an animal lover this is the property for you!
Pets are allowed at this property but you must let us know before booking.
We have board games, playing cards and an outdoor cricket set for some fun activities

Bedroom 2- 1 x queen bed & 1 x single bed
Sofa lounge:
1 x double bed
We also have a renovated vintage caravan with queen bed for extra guests if needed
