With over 200 fabulous summer residences, Summer Village is surrounded by woods all around the 105-acre lake that allows swimming, boating, and fishing. It’s a private, gated, seasonal community that rivals New England’s top resorts but with a much smaller price tag!
Our cottage is located just steps to the Summer Village post office and general store and a short walk to all the amenities: pools, tennis courts, close to beach, restaurant, pub. Heated family pool and heated adult (over 18) pool/hot tub, Kayaks/canoes/sunfish available for boating or bring your own rod to fish in the well-stocked pond. Summer Village employs life guards at the beach and a floating dock for water fun! Tennis/pickleball/basketball/bocce courts, shuffleboard, hiking trails and the large, well-equipped fitness center all available at no extra cost. Walk to the lodge to enjoy lunch/dinner or a drink at the bar; sit out on the lodge’s screened porch or patio to watch the sunset and to listen to live bands featured every week; cook out at the beach; stop at the general store to pick up a coffee, breakfast sandwich, soup, sandwich or ice cream; or cook meals in your fully-equipped kitchen or on your own grill. A golf cart is available right at your cottage for cruising around the Village.
The cottage is located at the end of a five cottage cul-de-sac with an outdoor dining table with umbrella, six chairs along with a private, shaded rock garden with chairs and tables for relaxing. Perennial flower garden in front for fresh flowers on the table! Fully furnished with brand new furniture, new flooring throughout, granite kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and everything you’d need for cooking. Cable TV with Roku, moveable to any part of the cottage, washer/dryer, high speed Wi-Fi internet, one bedroom with Queen size bed (TV on dresser) and second bedroom with pull out couch (seconds as an office), both with closets. All clean linens, new pillows and beach towels included. Two (2) bicycles, tennis racquets included.

Major family recreation center located 10 minutes from the Village, Kimballs includes mini-golf, driving range, pitch and putt, spin zone bumper cars, zipline, pony rides, bumper boats, and arcade and the best homemade ice cream around!
