Air-conditioned gite completely renovated for 2/4 people of 50 m2 with small courtyard and small private ball court, not overlooked with the owners.
Ideally located at the foot of the Monts du Vaucluse between Isle sur La Sorgue and Fontaine de Vaucluse next to the very famous 18-hole golf course in Saumane, quiet, at the gates of the Alpilles and the Luberon. You will have direct access to pleasant walks from the cottage, the Carpentras canal passing 100 meters away.
It has:
- 1 main room with convertible sofa bed (new and very comfortable), TV, and fully equipped open kitchen: induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, table and 4 chairs, coffee machine.
- 1 large shower room with beautiful walk-in shower and wc
- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed (new bedding)

- access to the two tennis courts in the village (in excellent condition!)

Access to the owners' heated swimming pool and to the jacuzzi is offered (this will therefore be shared with the owners). Access to the trampoline as well as to the pétanque field.
