Summary: We had a great time staying here, we spent 3 nights with our almost 2 years old baby and the staff were amazing and super nice and helpful. A special thanks to Quinn, she went above and beyond for us and was extremely helpful booking our tours from the hotel. Bicycles are available for free use in the entrance. I will absolutely stay here again when I visit Phong Nha
