The unit is on the lower level of the main home, and it gets natural sunlight via large lightwells. The walls and lighting are warm and bright, which combined with the lightwell give the unit a cozy, cheerful ambiance.
Also note that since the owners live upstairs, you may occasionally hear some family noise, like the pitter-patter of little feet, a running vacuum cleaner, food being cooked, and general family sounds.
