3 Bedroom House in Summerfield, The Villages
Our beautiful designer home is a 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom fully renovated home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.
The home is designed to be very comfortable with all the amenities you would need as you visit The Villages.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and comfortable bedding. The master bedroom also has a TV with cable. The master has a large bathroom with a shower. All towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking pots and pans. There are many serving dishes, utensils, and so much more. Everything you would need if you wanted to cook while visiting with us. There is a Keurig Coffee Maker and an electric Tea Kettle. We provide some K-Cups for you. There is ample seating at the center island and in the adjacent dining room.
The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room and has seating for 6.
The living room has comfortable sofa and love seat and large screen TV with Cable. There are also games and puzzles for those rainy days. New ceiling fan and new dimmable lighting lets you light up the area as much or as little as you wish.
The front guest bedroom has a queen size bed with comfortable bedding and a reading chair. There is also a piano and reading library. Blackout curtains allow you to darken the room to help you sleep better.
The guest bathroom is between the two guest rooms and has a tub/shower combo and towels, etc.
The back guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding. There is also a desk area and a clothes dresser. The room also has blackout curtains.
The enclosed back porch has a dining area and a conversation area with chairs and a sofa. Enjoy coffee or a beverage while enjoying the beautiful and peaceful back yard.
There is a garage and driveway parking and a front porch sitting area as well.
A golf cart can be added to your visit. Just let me know you want to add the golf cart and I will send info. With have a 2 & 4 seater.
