Welcome to your lovely resort-style home away from home! You're near all the best attractions of Central Florida and not far from the fun of Tampa, either! Start your day with a cup of coffee or a dip in your private pool or soak in your hot tub on your screened-in lanai. After a few laps, head inside to your thoughtfully updated, well-equipped kitchen to make breakfast. There’s plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the gadgets you need on hand. When it’s time to sit down together for a meal, choose from the barstools at the breakfast bar, or set the table for up to six at the adjacent dining room. When it’s time to head out for the day, you’re around 19 miles from the entrance of Walt Disney World, and around 29 miles from Universal Studios. If you’re sticking closer to home, you can take advantage of that lovely pool or the game room in the converted garage with its private pool table.
When you return for the day, settle into the comfortable living room with plenty of seating and flip on the flatscreen TV, which features a DVD player and streaming capabilities. At bedtime you’ll have your choice of the main suite on the first floor, which features access to the lanai, a flatscreen TV, king-sized bed, and en suite bathroom. Upstairs you'll find three additional bedrooms, two with queens and one with matching twin beds. There's also extra sleeping space upstairs courtesy of a double-sized futon. With everything you need for a great vacation and a convenient location, you can't go wrong with this lovely home!
