As a semi-oceanfront home in the Pine Island neighborhood, Comedy Central will offer a complete vacation experience with its spacious layout and 6 bedrooms. The beach access is steps away however the private pool and nearby community pool offer other opportunities to sun, relax and swim! [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room spans the living, dining and kitchen areas with comfortable furniture and ample seating for family members including a Ships Watch sitting area. The wide east sun deck has ocean views and several seating areas to enjoy the outdoor surroundings. Inside, the dining table seats 10 and the kitchen island seats 4. The well-stocked kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 2 wall ovens, a deep farmhouse sink and many appliances to use. There is a half bath on this floor. The King Master Suite has a private deck; its master bath has a soaking bathtub and a separate shower. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]
MID LEVEL:
The front porch of the home has a porch swing and a hammock to enjoy. This level features 4 more bedrooms: a King Master Suite has a private deck and a tiled shower in its master bath; a bedroom with 2 Twin beds shares a bathroom (shower/tub combo) with a Queen bedroom. Another Queen bedroom has access to a hall bath (shower). Bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and access to decks to the front or to the back of the house. The hot tub is on a separate deck at the back of the house.
GROUND LEVEL:
The sixth bedroom has 2 Double beds and a hall bath that has a shower. Enjoy the Lounge for more relaxing space and entertainment such as the game table that converts from a Ping Pong table into a Pool table if needed. The kitchenette has another full-size, French door refrigerator to store extra groceries and beverages. The large pool deck has furniture and the private pool measures 11' x 24' (pool heat available for an additional fee). There are 2 outdoor showers for showering off before using the pool or hot tub and a gas grill is available.
EXTRAS:
The North Pine Island Community Pool is behind Comedy Central with tennis/pickleball courts and a children's playground too! Guest have several more amenities to use during their vacation including free access to the Pine Island Beach Club with an oceanfront pool, outdoor game tables, and snack bar. Nearby, the Pine Island Racquet & Fitness Center is open to the public with daily or weekly passes available for a fee to access their tennis, pickleball and exercise facilities.
