We are located 15 minutes or less from the ever so popular areas of downtown Denver, Highlands, Edgewater, Sloan's Lake, Tennyson, Arvada, & Golden! Easy access to I-70 to get to the mountains for some hiking or to visit some of our favorites such as Evergreen, Red Rocks Amphitheatre (11 miles), and Idaho Springs.
Enjoy our entire 2-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious fenced backyard complete with yard games, gas grill, table and lounge area. Perfect for families and small gatherings to relax and enjoy the sun in our quiet neighborhood.
