We are minutes from Disney World/EPCOT theme parks and our home makes for the perfect location for all theme parks in the Orlando area. 😁 10m to Disney, 20m to Universal, 15m to Legoland, 20m to SeaWorld, 15m to Wild Florida and there are so many more we will send to you for booking with us !
We try to strictly cater to Moms and Dads bringing their family to the parks for the first or second or even third or fourth time.
Our community only allows for short term vacationers, so it provides a safe, peaceful and enjoyable vacation so you'll have some fun in the sun! Our community is gated and professionally landscaped and cleaned. (please see the fly through video)

Our home is clean, newly furnished, has 4 bedrooms, 2 master suites, 2 en-suites with full beds.
Our kitchen features Brazilian Granite countertops and an exquisite Spanish dining table. There is also a dining table with 6 seats by the pool and 4 lounge chairs as well.
Central Air and Heat. This will be the easiest vacation you'll ever take!
We can offer information on excellent restaurants in varying price ranges that the locals go. We can offer information on all parks and great fun in Florida.
