Come inside and let your adventure begin. An inviting office to your left greets you, with a full size desk with a printer and an abundance of Florida sunshine spilling in through the windows, reminding you that paradise awaits. A wine fridge resides here for your evening night cap. Walk past the stairs to the open living and dining areas that put you at ease with the clean modern furnishings and state-of-the-art appliances. Bedazzle your family and friends with your favorite recipes in the fully renovated kitchen with gas stove and hood and dine at the table for 4. The kitchen island also offers additional seating for two people. Sink down in one of the two couches or cushioned chairs for an evening of your favorite shows on the wall-mounted tv. There is a powder room under the stairs for your convenience. Craft your perfect cocktail and head outside to your private slice of heaven through one of the 4 sets of French doors.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The three bedrooms are all located upstairs. The primary bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom that features a stand alone tub, separate glass-door shower and double vanity. A lounging chair with ottoman in the room is the perfect spot to watch your wall-mounted tv when you desire privacy. There is also a private balcony for this bedroom that overlooks the pool. Travel down the upstairs hallway to the guest bathroom that offers a tub/shower combination and single sink vanity.
The second and third bedrooms both have queen beds, tv's, and ample island sunshine coming in through cheerful windows.
OUTDOOR LIVING...
Indulge your tropical cravings out in the lush outdoor pool area. The heated pool comes with a waterfall feature and has loungers surrounding it to enjoy the Key West sunshine. There are two grills (propane and charcoal) for preparing your fresh catch of the day. Dine al fresco at a table under the stars. This is the perfect neighborhood for biking (one is included with the home) and walking and just a short car ride away into downtown Key West to find all the main attractions. There is one off street parking space provided and an electric gate to enter the home for privacy.

This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.
