Welcome to our clean & CUTE home - The Lemon Tree! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on the edge of downtown Sioux Falls, we are within walking distance to Falls Park, The Levitt venue, many local restaurants & shops, and more! Big group? No problem - we've got four different bedrooms ready for you! Come enjoy a slice of heaven at the Lemon Tree!
The bedrooms: All four bedrooms include mirrors, queen beds with side tables; including small lamps (with outlets), alarm clocks (with USB plugs) and throw blankets. In the closets you will find a suitcase table and plenty of hangers.
The upstairs bathroom: This bathroom is situated in-between the three bedrooms on the second floor. It has a gorgeous walk in shower that is tiled with a seat and tons of space. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, luxury bath towels and wash cloths as well as Kleenex, first aid kit, hair dryer, and plenty of toilet paper.
The main floor bathroom: This bathroom is situated behind the kitchen on the main floor. It has a standard tub/shower combo and small sink with medicine cabinet mirror. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, luxury bath towels and wash cloths as well as Kleenex, first aid kit, hair dryer, and plenty of toilet paper.
The main floor sitting areas: As you enter the home you are greeted by a welcome table with our welcome binder/guest book to enjoy during your stay. The sitting area is split into two sections, features two sitting chairs, two couches, 60" Smart TV (with streaming capability) and a coffee table. The dining area is located in this room right outside the kitchen. The table seats 6 comfortably and flanked by 4 bar stools at 2 separate counters.
The kitchen: The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay, so please dig around to see what is there for your use. We provide all necessary dishes and appliances as well as coffee, tea, and spices. Yes, we have chip clips and storage containers too. In the refrigerator you will find some items that are left behind from other guests that we have cleaned and deem safe to keep (dressings/sauces, sauce packets, hot sauce, etc.)
The backyard: The backyard is currently under renovation as we have hired a contractor to lay rock and landscape gorgeous plants. There is currently a sitting area with a table and adjustable umbrella available.
The basement is unfinished and is used for storage and laundry.
The laundry room: The laundry room includes a new washer and dryer. We offer laundry soap pods for your convenience. We also store the vacuum and floor scrubber in this room to use as needed. If you are bringing an infant we also offer use of our pack n' play.
Technology: The home is equipped with a smart lock you will gain access to for easy check in. There is a smart thermostat that is NOT touchscreen. You can operate this by sliding your finger along the right side. The doorbell is a smart doorbell with a camera for security on the front of the house. The Google home device in the kitchen can be used to play music or ask the google assistant anything.
