5 minute drive, 30 minute walk to town. Perfectly placed for hiking, cycling and mountain biking. Also close to Boise State University and St. Luke's Hospital, Greenbelt, and Parks. Well situated for seeing the sights of Boise such as the Botanical Gardens, Outlaw Field and the Old State Penitentiary. 45 minutes to skiing and mountain biking at Bogus Basin.
Floor is approx. 1000 sq. ft. It is newly renovated. Two bed, full bath, living/dining room and kitchenette.
The space
You have the downstairs to yourselves. Entrance is just through the main entry to the house. Two bedrooms with double beds. Kitchenette has induction burners, toaster oven, microwave, coffee machine, and fridge freezer. Cookware and plates, glasses and utensils are provided. Table extends in the dining room to seat 6. Laundry is available, shared. Access to outdoor spaces is through the upstairs.

House is accessed down a steep driveway. Apartment is through main entrance to the house and has private door. This leads to a flight of stairs. Backyard is available to guest via the back deck. There is seating available on the deck or out in the shade of the backyard. Front yard has a bench which is a great spot to bird watch. There is also an outdoor eating area around the side of the house which enjoys shade in the late afternoon and evening.
