The first floor features 1 bedroom with a queen bed with a playroom next door (can be converted to a bedroom with a blow up mattress) and master bathroom, washer/dryer and guest half-bath adjacent to the kitchen and Livingroom. 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, bathroom and both rooms upstairs have separate sitting areas which provide ideal work home environments and a separate space to wind-down from social activities.
The chic living room is outfitted with a wood fire stove, allowing for cozy game nights in front of the fire. Airy flow from the living room to a separate formal dining room section. Each room is tasteful and refined and furnished with a collection of both vintage and modern pieces. WIFI throughout the home and extender for the pool area and surrounding property.
