Hi there,
we would like to rent our renovated apartment.
It is above our house, but has its own entrance behind the house.
The large garden with koi pond and forest can be shared.
The garden is fenced 150cm high and ideal for dogs.
The apartment has about 60 square meters and 3 rooms.
There are two bedrooms and in the living room there is a sofa bed.
We also have a baby travel bed.
Another bedroom with 2 single beds and a small connected toilet is available on request.(approx. 10 sqm)
The kitchen has recently been redone. There is a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and washing machine.
Kirchlinteln is about 10 minutes drive from Verden and 25 minutes from Bremen.
There is a lot of forest and fields for walking and cycling nearby.
The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is not far either.
You can reach Hamburg or Hanover in about 1 hour.
In addition, the Heidepark Soltau amusement park, the Serengeti Park and the Walsrode bird park are nearby, as well as the Magic Park directly in Verden.
There are shops, petrol station, doctor and pharmacy and a bus stop within walking distance.
Dogs live free of charge.
