Walking distance to Easton’s Beach, Sachuest Beach, Cliff Walk and local restaurants. Short drive to beautiful downtown Newport for shopping, dining, sightseeing and the famous Newport Mansions. Wonderful outdoor space for grilling and relaxing without going anywhere at all. This is the perfect location for your family!
There is 1 queen bedroom and 2 joined bedrooms. To get to one twin bedroom you must pass through the other, ideal for kids! The twin beds each pull out to a queen width if you want to expand them.
Professionally managed by Warner Realty Group, located on Broadway in Newport, the house is set up to provide you with all the comforts of home. We give our guests space, but are available when needed !
Located in the Easton's Point neighborhood, the house is part of a thriving summer colony. Summers bustle with vacationers walking to one of the beaches or riding bikes and enjoying looking at all the wonderful houses.
Within easy walking distance are scenic walks, beaches, restaurants and a couple of surf/skate shops!
Easton's (First) Beach is about .7 miles and Sachuest (Second) Beach just 1.2miles.
On Aquidneck Ave, running from Easton's beach northward you will find plentiful food and drink options. Some of the closer options are:

The cottage was designed to accomodate beach vacationers. The location on Easton's Point is a dream spot for weary travelers looking for that quintessential New England summer spot. Walk to the beach and relax in a warm water outdoor shower to rinse away the sand. Cheerful cottage has a private queen bedroom as well as 2 joined bedrooms. The joined bedrooms each have a twin bed with a pull out trundle to convert to queen sized. There is a closing door between the joined bedrooms for privacy, but be aware that you must pass through one bedroom to enter or exit the other. The bathroom is modern, airy and well lit and the kitchen is compact and bijou with all you need for meals at home and a cozy little island with stools to perch on for you morning coffee or to keep the cook company. The outdoor dining area has seating for 6 with umbrella and gas grill and the yard is large and private for outdoor games and lounging. The front hall mud room holds beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, toys and more all for your use and the living room has a smart TV and comfy couch for rainy day movies or vegging out whenever.
