THE PROPERTY
The apartment offers both rustic charm and simplicity so typical of Tuscan rural houses. This is the ideal place to stay if you are looking to immerse yourself into a typically authentic Tuscan lifestyle.
THE BEDROOM
The bedroom is flooded with light and has magnificent views over the surrounding countryside and Medieval towers. There is a traditional Tuscan wrought iron bed (queen size) and a single bed which can be used as a child’s bed or as an additional seating /lounging area. There is plenty of storage in the way of a large wardrobe and antique dressing table and the bedroom is air-conditioned, ideal for those hotter months. There is air conditioning and heating in the room which can be self-regulated.
LIVING/KITCHEN/ DINING SPACE
The spacious room has a kitchen and a dining table for up to 4 guests and a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing if there are just two guests or acts as a bed for additional guests. For those who like to cook up a local dish whilst on holiday the fully equipped kitchen with both hob and oven is ideal, along with some award-winning olive oil to get you started!
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet and wash basin. We provide our guests with bath towels, shower gel and hand soap.
OUTSIDE SPACES
In addition to your own private patio outside the apartment there are plenty of other areas around the farm where you can relax, read a book and sip a glass of the farm’s own IGT Sangiovese wine. In the grounds around the farm you will be able to relax on sun loungers with views over the village or under the shade of fruit trees or at one of the two shaded terraces.
There is also a large BBQ area which can be used by guests.

This small working farm has just a handful of friendly staff who you will see working the land or in the mill-
SPRING
Come in the spring and witness the fruit trees in blossom and buttercups meadows, the vines are young and even the olive trees have small flowers.
SUMMER
The fruit on the tree are almost all ripe and the vegetable garden is flourishing, and fresh herbs are ready to pick. This is also a time when the surrounding sunflower fields will be in full bloom.
AUTUMN
If you visit in September, you can pick fresh figs from the trees and see the harvest of the grapes and taste the new wine.
In OCTOBER to DECEMBER the olive harvest is in full swing and you can witness the pressing of olives into oil. This is the farms busiest period where you will witness local people bringing their olives to the press. This can be an exciting time to see the production of olive oil however, this can also be a time when the noise of the mill can carry on until quite late into the night. So, it’s not an ideal time to visit if you like to get to bed early! During NOVEMBER the kiwis are ripe and are harvested.
