Sweet little comfy cottage (entire home) 2bd 1 bath...bath is accessible through master and also from hallway.
Located in the sleepy town of Charleston, Tennessee which borders bustling Cleveland.
You will hear the nomadic sound of the train whistling as it rumbles by.
13 minutes to major shopping and eateries, 19 minutes to Lee University. 10 minutes to the I-75 Outdoor activities abound!
The space
2 bedroom , 1 bath. Plus a 3rd room is only an office.....so you have dedicated office space!
You will get the entire home.
Master bedroom: 1 queen bed with direct access to bathroom with nice shower. No tub. The master bathroom is also accessible via a back hallway, so guests can enter it through a lockable door , without going through the Master bedroom.
Second bedroom with full bed.
Third room is an office space with desk and chair. WiFi throughout.
Guest access
We have a single car drive way for parking that is adjacent to the front porch . It is not covered.
Other things to note
Train noise but it doesn’t bother us ......we kinda like the lonesome sound. Not child friendly.
We cannot allow any pets.
