This house is 15 minutes or less from the water. You can smell the salty air when you step outside. This town has is great for nightlife and for beach activities. The house has concrete floors, it’s very pet friendly. Walkable and safe neighborhood near coffee shops, restaurants, and lots of shopping. Large park around the corner with public pool and pickle ball courts. This is in a no flood zone and has all hurricane windows. Back yard has ample space.
