Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, 30+ day stay, furnished rental home, with all the ameneties of a hotel, is perfect for families needing a place to call home for a short period of time. Moving to a home and it's still in construction, or did your personal home have a flood or fire, we work with insurance companies all the time. Our homes book quickly, make sure to reserve this home while it's still available.
'Chardonnay All The Way' is a 1500 square foot, 2 story condo that features an attached 2 car garage and is pet friendly! There is a small private, fenced in backyard, perfect for your four-legged friends. The community offers a shared pool for you and your family to enjoy as well. The home is decorated with a modern, minimalist decor, ideal for you and your family to feel at home and have space for your personal items. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel comfortable in your home away from home. There is a dining nook, half bath, and garage access off the kitchen. When you arrive, the bathrooms are staged with your basic essentials (Towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo). Our Chardonnay All the Way' has a stackable washer and dryer for your use during your stay as well.
Make your way upstairs to find a master suite with an attached bathroom, and two additional bedrooms, and another full bathroom. All of the hotel-style lines are provided for the beds as well.
We welcome pups with an additional fee of $200/pet/month with a signed pet agreement. A furnished rental agreement is required as well as a background check.
