CASA MONTJOI HAS BEEN REFORMED IN 2013 COMPLETELY. BATHROOMS, KITCHEN, FURNITURE .... IT IS INSPIRED IN THE TYPICAL HOUSES OF CADAQUÉS, WHITE WITH BLUE WINDOWS. THE INTERIOR FURNITURE IS FUNCTIONAL, MODERN AND MEDITERRANEAN STYLE.
THE HOUSE IS COMPOSED BY TWO PLANTS. IN THE FIRST WE FIND A GREAT DINING ROOM WITH KITCHEN THAT BOTH OCCUPY A SPACE OF 60 M2. THE KITCHEN HAS ALL THE APPLIANCES NEEDED, VITRO INDUCTION, LAVAPLATOS, OVEN, MICROWAVE, CROWD MULTITUDE AND LARGE WAREHOUSE AREA.
THE DINING ROOM HAS A TABLE OF GREAT CAPACITY, FIREPLACE, ARMCHAIRS AND SOFAS. FROM THE DINING ROOM ACCESS TO A CHILLOUT AREA WITH THE SATELLITE TELEVISION AND LARGE SOFAS. IN THIS PLANT WE ALSO FIND A LARGE ROOM OF 15M2 WITH 1,80X2M BED AND A LARGE CABINET. ALL FURNITURE IS ORIGINAL AND MODERN OF INDONESIAN STYLE OF TEKA. I HAVE A BATHROOM IN THIS ROOM WITH A LARGE WORK SHOWER.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR THERE IS ALSO THE AREA WITH WASHING MACHINE, EXTRA FRIDGE AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE WAREHOUSE. THERE IS ALSO A ROOM WITHIN WHERE WE HAVE A PING-PONG TABLE.
UPLOADING THE STAIRS, ON THE RIGHT WE FIND A YOUNG ROOM WITH CAPACITY FOR 4 PEOPLE, WITH TWO VERY ORIGINAL LITERAS I ACCESS TO THE TERRACE WITH SEA VIEW.
WE CONTINUE WITH ANOTHER DOUBLE ROOM, WITH PRIVATE TOILET AND 1.5X2M BED. HAS A VIEW TO THE MOUNTAIN FROM TWO WINDOWS AND HAS A DOOR ACCESS TO THE NEXT ROOM (ROOM WITH TWO SEPARATE BEDS) THAT BECOMES IT IN CASE NEEDED IN A FAMILY ROOM.
THE NEXT ROOM IS THE LARGEST OF THE HOUSE, OF ABOUT 35 M2 WITH TWO WINDOWS WITH OCEAN VIEW AND 1.8X2M BED. IT HAS SOFA WITH BED AND NEST FOR TWO MORE PEOPLE, BECOMING IT ALSO IN A FAMILY ROOM. ACCESS TO THE LARGE SUPERIOR TERRACE OF 60M2.
THE LAST ROOM IS THE SUIT, WITH A 1.8X2M BED, DRESS, BATHROOM WITH PRIVATE SHOWER AND LARGE WINDOW WITH ACCESS TO THE TERRACE. FINALLY, ON THIS PLANT WE HAVE ANOTHER DOUBLE BATHROOM WITH LARGE SHOWER.
