Summary: Normally we have an excellent experience here. This time the room didn't seem to have been properly aired and it smelt as if the person before me had been vaping or smoking something. Disappointing as it's a very convenient location near the shops and tube, and staff are usually very friendly and helpful, and rooms clean.
