Positive: The location and view from the balcony were perfect, tranquil and serene with the added bonus of horses grazing in the field. The gentleman looking after the horses was very kind and friendly. It was also very dark at night with no street lighting although the automatic PIR lights around the lodge were perfect.

Negative: The only other observation I made was that the shower had a leak at the bottom corner by the toilet, which was not a problem, but if it is not sealed it looks unsightly and will rot the skirting board and floor. The only other thing was that the hot water ran out on the second morning before a second shower. Could not see how or where the hot water was controlled.

Summary: Absolutely perfect for what we wanted - quiet, calming and secluded.
