The Cedar House is on a very quiet street directly on a small cove of Lake Hartwell. The lake is about 40 yards from the deck of the house, a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the shade & serenity of the woods while viewing the cove. There are hiking trails within walking distance, biking trails about 5 miles away, a horse farm and of course the lake to cool you down on a hot summer afternoon! This house features a spiral staircase all in the original wood design.
If you need to wash clothes there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Please be aware that this property is on a community well and at times the iron in the water will cause stains especially on light colored or white clothes.
