4 Bedroom Cottage in Caves Beach
Caves Cottage has a perfect location. Close enough to walk to the beach and high enough to capture great ocean views.
During PEAK time for upstairs check the calendar price. If you require the studio as well it’s $170 plus $50 cleaning. Contact me and I’ll unblock the calendar. Normal rates are $150 p/n plus $30 cleaning. If you book upstairs and studio it’s $130 plus $50 cleaning.
Upstairs is accessed by digital lock and downstairs by a separate key lock. You cannot book upstairs for more than six guests, nor do I rent downstairs to others if you book upstairs. If you book upstairs then need the studio later you can just contact me.
I will accept late bookings for the studio if upstairs is not booked. Contact me to make an inquiry. The studio will not be rented separately during peak times.
The greatest attraction of this property is it's location. It's set at the top of the block, which enables fantastic ocean and coastal views but is still only five minutes easy walk to the patrolled beach and surf club. A cafe operates on weekends in summer and often there’s live music. It’s a lovely place to relax.
Another 2 minutes takes you to the local shops. (Containing a chemist, IGA, newsagent, hairdresser, cafe, ice cream parlour).
Swansea shopping center is larger and contains Coles and Woolworths and is a five minute drive.
Basically once set up you can relax and enjoy the area without driving.
It is perfect for families (with kids) or small groups.
There is reverse cycle air conditioning and fans.
Unlimited wifi data is available as well as Telstra TV and Netflix.
All linen is supplied. Please sleep between the sheets not between the quilt and the top sheet. If you do you’ll be charged extra cleaning fees to have the quilt washed. Blankets , quilts, pillows and mattress protectors, kitchen towel and tea towels are supplied.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking only outside, that includes the deck. Do not leave cigarette butts in the garden.
Upstairs is accessed using a digital lock.
Downstairs is accessed by a key lock.
Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, main bathroom, ensuite, open plan living and kitchen. A large stacker door opens onto a deck. It will be rented to 6 guests. If another bedroom is required the downstairs studio can be booked. Contact me if you’re interested.
Bedding configuration:
Main bedroom: 1x queen bed, ensuite, walk in robe and dressing table. This room has large glass door opening onto the deck. The views from your bed allow you to watch the sun and moon rise.
Bed 2 : 1 queen bed, dressing table, clothes hanging stand and blanket box.
Bed 3: 2 single beds
If upstairs only is rented the studio is blocked out.
The studio is accessed separately from upstairs.
1 queen bed with ensuite bathroom and toilet.
A kitchenette consisting of a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and sink. Cutlery and crockery for 2 guests.
