The property is immersed in nature, surrounded by woods, olive groves and walking paths. The park (over 1 hectare) is completely fenced, making it safe for children and pets. In the park you will find the peculiarly-shaped swimming pool, 9x2-5 metres with a depth of 0.8-1.6 metres, furnished with sunbeds, comfy chairs, naturally shaded areas and children’s games. There is also a portico right in front of the house with a large dining table and an antique wood-burning oven.Interior
This typical stone country house, dating back to 1860, is on two floors and has been fully restored while maintaining the original cotto flooring, visible wood beams on the ceilings and the overall layout of the house, with some bedrooms having direct access between each other. The antique furniture contributes to the romantic and welcoming feel of the house. On the ground floor you will find a living room with dining area, a kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), a living room (with satellite TV) leading outside and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is another living room, from which there is a corridor leading to a bedroom with 2 beds plus a third added bed. This corridor also leads to a double bedroom connected to a bathroom with shower and bathtub, connected to a single bedroom with fireplace. This last bedroom (which also has outdoor access) leads to a corridor with another bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, one of which has access to the living room.
