This beautiful building is part of a renovated farmhouse and is surrounded by a large fenced green area; divided into two separate entrances, it offers distinct and comfortable communal spaces for all guests.
The spacious exterior is meticulously maintained and offers: porches and two gazebos; a shared pool with umbrellas, outdoor shower, loungers, deck chairs, tables and chairs; a large garden shared with lemon, orange, olive trees and ornamental plants, as well as areas with tables and chairs, hammocks and swings for children. Notable is the large wooden gazebo with a long table, ideal for enjoying meals - including pizza cooked in the wood-fired oven - prepared by the owners who live in a part of the same farmhouse. The pool (9x5m) and all common outdoor spaces are shared with the owners.
