Positive: We loved the spaciousness of the unit, the view of the ocean. The host Cristobal was very friendly!
Negative: The unit was in very good condition, clean and spacious. We knew there would be stairs, which we were fine with and a bit of a distance from town. But, we felt like the urbanization itself was rundown and not well-maintained. The infinity pool looked like it hasn't been used or maintained in a while so that feature photo should be removed from the listing -- not just mentioned in copy that is isn't operational. There were overgrown weeds, garbage, run down cars and shuttered units so it didn't really feel like it was an area where tourists stayed, rather where people lived. We felt a little out of place because of that. BUT, we hadn't planned on spending much time in the unit itself, as we were traveling daily to various costa del sol towns like Nerja, Fragiliano, etc. and would leave in the morning and return at night. So it served us well in that case and we loved the convenience to those locations. Also, a couple of items I believe can be improved for the unit -- I think a Nespresso would be better than the current coffee maker, which only made weak coffee, and the towels that were provided were like sandpaper. We also left a couple of beach chairs that we had purchase for future guests, as it was nice to have those rather than rent hammocks/cabanas at the various beach towns. It would be nice to add a few more for guests to use, if they'd like. Overall very good, but wanted to be honest with the things we thought could be improved. Thank you!
