Positive: Location is great! This beach cottage is cute with lots of character. The A/C worked well shower and water temperature also great. I noticed 2 knobs for the stove control in the kitchen were broken off. The Pool did not appear to be clean while we were there for a week. Small pool so to be expected that it gets cloudy fast. I was surprised to find that this rental has a refrigerator with NO ice maker. No ice trays. We had to keep buying ice and then it ended up freezing to the freezer so very hard to clean up. The dishwasher wouldn't get the dishes clean a couple of times finally I ran out of dish soap, and we were leaving so I hope the clean-up staff has better luck with the dishwasher. Overall, this unit was fine for my husband and I I think the price is just a little much for this property. We did lock ourselves out about the 2nd night we both left our phones in the unit and shut the door and couldn't remember the code. We used someone's cell to use the QR code on the door to call for help. Someone from Vacasa got us in seamlessly.
Negative: No icemaker in frig, pool didn't look inviting, it was cloudy. Couldn't get the dishwasher to clean dishes most of the time. One bathroom to pay 3000,00 for a week another bathroom would be nice that way the cost could be split with people.
