Newly renovated 2 floor layout with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs (1 queen, 2 full beds and 1 twin) fully stocked kitchen, living room with streaming TV, washer/dryer, 1/2 bath downstairs, full bath upstairs, wi-fi, outside covered porch with a table/chairs and an outside gas grill. The cottage is exceptionally clean and nicely accommodated with everything you will need. There is parking for 2 cars in front of cottage. I will be happy to answer any questions you have.

Summary: I wanted to give this property a solid 5 star but there's 3 things that stopped me. There is no AC, no garbage disposal, and no diswasher. Now these things are not typically a big deal, but we prefer to rent a cottage/house as compared to a hotel due to not wanting to eat out constantly. With no garbage disposal, all garbage must go in the can, which tended to smell due to the hot weather. With no AC, the fans constantly being on in the windows would bring the smell into the cottage at times, and it was hot and noisy trying to sleep. Having to do dishes by hand each time we had a meal was time consuming and not preferable when on vacation. All other things with this cottage were lovely and the host was MORE THAN ACCOMODATING for everything else. The location was stellar, just a very short walk to the beach.
