The base rate is for 4 people, and to help maintain the integrity of this special home and grounds, we encourage small groups of 2-4 adults, but this large home will very comfortably accommodate 6 overnight guests. The owner makes this home available to select ADULT GUESTS WHO DESIRE A PEACEFUL GETAWAY AND NO GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND. NO MORE THAN 6 PRE-APPROVED PERSONS MAY BE ON THIS PROPERTY THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY, so PLEASE DO NOT request to book this property if you are seeking a venue for ANY kind of gathering or event as this will not be permitted.
The first floor luxurious master suite overlooks the pool area, as does the large and comfortable gathering room which adjoins the large, fully stocked gourmet kitchen. The first floor also features a garden room overlooking the pool area, and a soaring living and dining room, and a 2 story foyer with winding staircase. Upstairs you will find large on-suite bedrooms, each with flat screen TVs, and 2 of which lead out to a large covered porch overlooking the pool and pond; a perfect place to enjoy reading a book, taking a nap, or simply breathing in the tranquility and views. Rounding out the 2nd floor is a game room with billiards table, table tennis, and 2 wall mounted flat screen TVs. Outdoors, this property features a huge in ground salt water swimming pool with pavilion containing a fire pit (firepit use requires VIP package. ask for details at time of booking), and beautiful, private 4 acre pond. Infants and older teens MAY be considered, but In the interests of their safety, this home is not suitable for young children. Summary: This is a great property run by a great property management company. My brother and I were down for the Women's Amateur at Augusta National and the trip was perfect. Played golf in Augusta, North Augusta and Aiken, and the travel time was easy to everything. About 15 minutes to stores in Evans. Stock a few things in the fridge, and enjoy the peace and quiet in Appling. Highly recommend!
