This gorgeous and stylish home, in the new "Presidio in the Pines" sub-division is centrally located, perfect for Northern Arizona fun! It is just a few miles west of Historic Downtown Flagstaff and Northern Arizona University, just 20 minutes to the Snow-Bowl Ski Resort, half an hour drive to Williams, Arizona and the Polar Express, 45 minutes down one of the most scenic drives through Oak Creek Canyon to the Grandeur of the Sedona Red Rocks and only a 1 ½ hour drive to the South Rim Entrance of Grand Canyon National Park!
Be one of the first to experience and stay in our brand-new home boasting one-of-a-kind Mountain views! You will cherish and love the spacious feel and design of the bright and airy open living area. Two sofas, two luxurious leather chairs and a loveseat encircling the gas fireplace, with flat-screen TV on the wall above, this living space encourages warm gatherings and time to reflect on the day’s activities and thoughts on the next day’s adventures.
Dining room seating for 10! The dining room table has 6 high chairs, as well as an additional 4 bar-stools at the breakfast bar, which is adjacent to the kitchen and dining room table.
The well-equipped kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances, along with everything else needed to prepare and serve a scrumptious meal. The kitchen includes a four-burner gas range with center griddle, over-the-stove microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker & drink dispenser, dishwasher, electric tea kettle, crockpot, and a huge pantry.
Right off the dining area, you can relax outside on the back porch, complete with a gas grill and outdoor furniture.
The first-floor bedroom has a spacious queen-size bed with lovely decor and spacious closet.
The first-floor full bathroom is adjacent to this room, perfect for guests that want to avoid stairs.
On the second level, you will find an open loft area with a large and inviting sectional couch that can easily be turned into another bed.
The second floor houses the Master Bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed, along with an awesome deck via a sliding glass door. The views from this deck are absolutely, spectacular. There is a flat-screen TV on the wall, attached to a swivel mount.
The master bathroom is beautifully adorned with black stone countertops and tile in the walk-in shower. The double-vanity allows plenty of space for two people. There is a separate enclosed space for the commode. The master bedroom closet is on the other side of the room with ample space for all of your belongings.
There is also a full bath and 2 additional bedrooms on the second floor. The first bedroom provides a queen-sized bed and closet, the 2nd has a twin and full bed, along with a closet.
There is also a queen air-mattresses, as well as the sectional couch which allows us to sleep an additional 3 guests.
For your comfort and convenience, the home also comes equipped with:
***Laundry room with full size washer and dryer on the first floor
***2 car garage with two additional spots on driveway. Maximum of 4 cars.
***High-Speed Internet
*** Dish Network on all TV’s
***Central Heating and AIR-CONDITIONING (which is a rarity in Flagstaff!)
***There is a small park a block or two down from the house.
Pets are not permitted.
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.
We also supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc we cannot guarantee what will be available.
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
