The cottage located on the Mount Piddington side of Mt Victoria offers a cosy get away from the bustle of the city. A 20 minute walk from Mount Victoria station the property has a lovely ambiance offering a wood fire and accommodation for 4 (a master bedroom with queen bed) and a loft bedroom with two king singles. The property has a pretty front and rear garden which backs on to bushland and is a haven for birds. It also has a vegie patch with herbs and vegies. Easy access to lots of bushwalks and a ten minute drive to Blackheath. Linen provided .
Mount Victoria has cafes, a general store, guest houses, a large 24 hour service station as well as the famous Mt Vic Flicks.

Summary: It was a lovely and simple little cottage. Fire place was awesome, kept the cabin so warm and toastie. Everything you need was supplied, even some condements and basic cooking stuff was available. the location was amazing with lots of beautiful hikes walking distance to the cottage. The cottage did smell quite abit of moth balls which i was abit sensative to but it past after a day or so. Back door to deck was really hard to open so just make sure you give it a good shove to get it open, we struggled with this and had to call to find out if it aucally opened. owner very helpful and directed us to shove it hard to open. There was a dog near by that barked alot which was quite annoying when your having some RNR and want a sleep in. overall though a positive & lovely stay :)
