This boutique complex is the result of conversations with some special guests looking for a facility of high capacity which keeps some independence between various semigroups of guests but at the same time looking for integration and easy and private access between separated lodging units.
The result is a boutique complex suitable for big group of families that arrives to Miami for example for the celebration of a graduation .Each part of the family needs to stay separated for lodging but at the same time need to stay together to share the special event.Or suitable for a corporation that needs to have general meetings during the day but at the same time enjoy the amenities at the end of the working day.
We offer three houses in the complex each one with its pool all them internally connected giving the possibility of nice amenities in between and ample areas to be assigned to general meetings during certain time.

Enter the sun-filled townhouses and be greeted with stylish interior design, bright spacious bedrooms, open plan living with high end finishes, all the latest tech and stunning Arquitecture from the balconies to the heated pools.
The living areas on each unit offers plush lounge suites and a chaise day bed all surrounding the wall mounted smart TV with access to all your favorite TV shows and movies. There are second living areas on each unit with additional sofas and accent chairs giving you the perfect place to sit and catch up with friends.
The modern gourmet kitchens (three in total) which comes fully equipped with high end, stainless-steel appliances and everything you could need to cook up a masterpiece. On each unit there are full-size fridges/freezers, oven, island bench cooktop, built-in microwave and adishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.
Enjoy your meals at the elegant dining table with room for everyone or sit up at the breakfast island bar with swivel stools for a quick lunch or coffee.
In each of the 11 spacious bedrooms you will find wall mounted smart TVs to keep you entertained and luxurious beds topped with only the best linens and pillows for that perfect night’s sleep.
The sun-filled master bedrooms features large king bed with mirrored side tables and a reading lamp. Off the bedroom is the master bath with a his and hers vanity and an oversize walk-in shower with a beautiful panoramic window above.
The rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs too and offer comfortable king size beds with reading lamps and soft throw blankets. The bathrooms feature a large glass shower and a long stone top vanity stocked with soft fluffy towels for each guests.
On the second floor landing of each unit is the laundry nook with full access to a washing machine and dryer along with complimentary washing powder to keep you feeling fresh and clean during your stay.
Make your way up to your own private heated eco-pools on a warm afternoon and enjoy the forever Floridian summer. Take a refreshing rinse and relax out on the sun lounges with a drink in hand or sit up with friends on the comfortable outdoor seating
