If you would like to get access to the add ons, message and we will send money request for $250 for meeting space/serenity room and/or $500 for theatre and cigar lounge. Prices on add on rooms are a flat-rate for full stay.
You will have access to the entire property and the main and top level of the main house with 7 guestrooms and 4.5 baths unless you would like to add on a 3rd floor which has a lower and separate entrance and separate driveway for the lower level with 3 more bedrooms, 2 full baths and a full kitchen, dining and two additional Living rooms! If you decide to rent the additional space in the Main house, you will have 10 guestrooms. You can also add on a meeting space room with serenity lounge seating, meeting table or soft seating overlooking the lake and pool or the Theatre/Cigar Lounge building, or both!
Options: 1. Rent Main house (2 floors): 7 guestrooms = 14 guests and have private access to the 20 acre property; includes use of pool, hot tub, & cabana (check for open dates), 1 mile trail wooded & hilled trail, bass fishing pond, fishing poles, dock, fitness center, 2 sunrooms, blackstone, grills, 2 firepits, & variety of soft seating areas in/outdoors.
2. Rent all 3 floors, total of 10 Luxury guestrooms = 20 guests. *Same access
3. Add on: Meeting Space bldg and/or Theatre room/cigar lounge
