The attached garage will be helpful in securely storing your bicycles, beach chairs, and surfboards. This property is situated at the back end of one of the areas nicest par 3 golf courses if you care to take in a match. There is also a Community Pool for afternoon relaxation. A beach caddy (on wheels) with umbrellas and two beach chairs are provided for your use. The community of Heritage Village is restricted to a minimum of 7 days per rental.
