The space
Grace & Gratitude (GG), a brand new bohemian style villa will surely become your dream vacation home. The 2 story villa is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Steps away from the ocean. World class surfing during the winter months and an amazing posita (tide pool) where kids and adults enjoy beachy vibes and amazing sunsets. Miles of secluded coastline...paradise! Plus, its North-East facing direction, provides a constant exquisite flow of yummy ocean breeze.
First level:
Living room with large cozy sofa and 65 inch smart TV (Netflix account, sorry no cable as our quest is for you to disconnect from the World while here and enjoy the amazing outdoors ;-), dining room, powder room, zen zone/office with full size bed and outdoor patio with outdoor shower.
Fully equipped kitchen for foodies. From Vitamix and espresso machine to a great assortment of pots, baking pans and cooking basics: Himalayan salt, black pepper crushed and peppercorns, organic olive oil and balsamic vinegar, spices, brown sugar, honey and coconut oil.
Second level: Master bedroom with walking closet, in-room bathroom and small table in the balcony perfect for you morning journaling and contemplation. Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds (convertible to king upon request) a 50 in smart TV. Bathroom. Laundry room. Outdoor terrace with Bali bed, comfy chairs and BBQ perfect for outdoor gatherings and stargazing.
Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and wagon to carry them to the beach are provided.
The whole house is equipped with AC units but in order to allow you to truly enjoy the magic of this place we invite you to open the windows and enjoy the exquisite ocean breeze, especially in the winter months.

Each villas has 2 parking spots. Guests have access to comnunity pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and gym.

Villa is equipped with water filtration system in the kitchen and back up generator.

We get delivered organic produce weekly from local farmers. If you would be interested let us know ahead of time as they send their weekly harvest at the beginning of each week and deliver mid week. We will gladly receive for you if before check in.
