The space is specifically designed for hosting guests. The decor has a rustic and modern vibe with each room designed to feel uniquely different. The house has many original characteristics such as the hard wood floors, however much of the space has been remodeled and equipped with modern technology to create a unique feel for each guest including keyless entry at the front door, 2 smart TVs with built in Roku TV including access to Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus, and a nest digital thermostat. The house has fast wifi internet and multiple desks for remote working and schooling needs. The backyard is two thirds of an acre, making the space feel more secluded from town and neighbors, giving guests more privacy. To give our guests a one-of-a-kind experience, we have built a 9 hole disc (frisbee) golf course right in the backyard. Challenge yourself by tossing a disc around the yard and compete with your friends and family for fun! Horseshoes, a fire pit, outdoor propane grill and Santa Maria Style grill round out the amenities of the yard, with string lights installed so that the space can be enjoyed both day and night.
