HOUSE RULES
Please make sure that you go through the house rules prior to booking.
• PETS: Please provide us with the breed, weight and number of pets you intend to bring in the home and will assess whether we can accommodate your furry friend. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $500.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
• PRE-CHECK IN FORM: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: Reservations made through and Hopper are not required to place a security deposit. Reservations made through other channels (i.e. Direct Booking, VRBO, Booking, etc) is required a security deposit.
• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.
- Pool Maintenance: A pool maintenance person will be on property to clean and treat the pool. They will not be accessing the home.
- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advanced should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.

Waterfront home in East Delray Beach close to all of the local beaches, and shopping, like Trader Joe's, Fresh Market, and the new Whole Foods store on Linton Blvd and only minutes to the humming Atlantic Ave and all of it's shops. Super private backyard with no neighbor in the rear. The canal has access to Lake Ida, Lake Eden and Lake Osborne. Quiet and safe neigborhood.

From the red front door to the sliding glass doors leading to the private backyard at the other end, good vibes flow through this bright and spacious home. You’re welcomed into the living area with a comfy couch, plush chairs, and a big TV, designed for unwinding or engaging conversations with friends and family.
There are two tables in the open-concept kitchen and dining area — one with a classy all-white contemporary design with 6 seats, and another wooden table with mix-and-match seating for 6 (maybe 8 : ) that provide a rustic feel. The modern kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures, has plenty of counter space, including an adjacent bar with two stools for extra seating, and is stocked with cooking & dining essentials.
The entire kitchen and dining area gets lots of natural light from big windows and the sliding glass doors that lead out to the fully fenced private backyard. From the sliding doors, you step onto a pebble sandbox with lounge chairs facing a gorgeous deck with a shallow plunge pool, fitted with cozy hammock swing chairs, and wooden chairs, both sections nestled under a canopy. Use the hammock when you feel like lying under the stars, as well as outdoor furniture set around a small fire pit, and there are two kayaks for guests to use!

There are three bedrooms — the master and guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third room has twin-sized bunk beds with an additional pull-out twin trundle bed. All beds are fitted with comfy, plush pillows, beddings, linens, and blankets, and all rooms are spacious with lots of storage for all your belongings. Lastly, the two clean bathrooms come with toilet paper and have a tub-shower combo with hot water.
