We will be out of the country from June 1, 2023-July 4, 2023 and are renting the place for a 30 day minimum stay within that period. The rent is 130/day. We will pay for utilities. The house is fully furnished.
The home is historically-listed and was built in the late 1800s. It has been remodeled throughout, including a brand new kitchen. This is our family home. We have lived here for 23 years and raised two children here.
The house is superb for a family. It is within walking distance of downtown Fort Collins, City Park, and very close to all the great things the town has to offer. June is one of the nicest months in Fort Collins.
