Your family will find an excellent family vacation while visiting 40 Racquet Club Villa. This villa offers scenic resort views and is less than a block away from the playground, Harbor Golf Course Pro Shop, Dunes Deli and Basketball Court. Within two blocks of the villa, you will find four restaurants (seasonal), shopping and the Blue Wave Award winning beach. With the beach being so close, your family can forget the car for the week and not bother to find it until week end.
40 Racquet Club Villa features an outdoor deck that is perfect for your family to relax after a long day in the sun and look out at wildlife that frequents the lagoon. Egrets, turtles, and the occasional baby alligator call this lagoon home. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all located on the first level. The kitchen features extensive renovations, which includes new cabinetry, countertops, and appliances. The living room is comfortable and accommodating for your entire family. The dining room has seating for six.
The second level of the home features a master bedroom with a king bed and a private full bath. The mid-level has a guest bedroom that is highlighted with two twin beds, and direct access to a full bathroom.
Two championship golf courses, the Sand and Sea Spa, miles of bike paths, playground, basketball court, shopping and over five restaurants are also available for your family to enjoy.

Summary: The property was exactly as presented in the pictures. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location in Wild dunes is very nice. You can walk to restaurants. If I had young children not being able to the pool amenities would have been tough as it is all right there. The beach entrance that we are to use is not too far. The boardwalk to the beach is nice makes it easier to have a bike or cart to bring items to beach. Having the credit to rent chairs bikes and a wagon was nice but was to much for me for the beach. I ended up renting chairs and umbrella to be set up every day by IOPBeach Chair Co. - than I just brought what we wanted to beach. I wish there was a small cooler for drinks and food. Used the bikes to ride around development. Thank you for the starter kit soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner- so very appreciated!!!! My only suggestion are- have a few beach towels, portable cooler, travel mugs, as we flew in and we’re not able to bring them. We have rented others and they included chairs and beach towels, travel mugs, coolers we bought a couple beach towels at Walmart. Also, window coverings for the long window in master bedroom, I will set my alarm I need darkness. I was concerned about using the washer and dryer due to a review. I brought Tide pods and used them for laundry and had no issues with it smelling. The starter washing machine detergent is basic - that might have been the smell. We enjoyed the property and we drove back and forth to Charleston downtown and (The Citadel) each day with no problems and not far! We would rent this property again!!
