Summary: The property areas were absolutely stunning, making us feel like we were in Italy. The community was beautiful and peaceful, complete with a fantastic pool. Their shuttle service was truly exceptional, offering drop-off and pick-up at Central Park until 10:45 PM, which was incredibly convenient. However, our experience in the villa could have been better. There were numerous mosquitoes due to the need to leave the door and window open for ventilation. Although the host offered to send someone to check for standing water in the backyard, we found none. We purchased mosquito repellent, which helped significantly. I would suggest providing more bath towels in the bathroom. Throughout our stay, we only had one towel per person, and they had a musty odor, as did the pillows and bedsheets. Although I understand that the villa is typically locked, I recommend changing these linens and towels before check-in for a fresh and pleasant experience. The first-floor bathroom had some mold and a broken plug, but we managed to make it work using a disposable spoon to hold it up. On the other hand, the second-floor bathroom was recently renovated and our boys loved using it. I highly recommend using the second-floor bathroom for showers.
