Walkable to restaurants and shopping, new full sized, in unit washer and dryer, large refrigerator and comfortable, colorful furnishings will make you never want to leave. Gated community with covered parking and easy beach access. you can beach walk for miles in either direction! Fully furnished kitchen, bath and beach towels provided. Starter paper goods will get you through the first week. Large balcony sits 8 for dinner, with additional comfy chairs for that book you can't put down. New hurricane shutters are available for that pop-up shower to keep the balcony dry. Flat screen TVs in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Location on the Top floor of building 2 provides views of sea life and has easy elevator access. Condo must be rented by the month (no weekly rentals) and no pets are allowed by renters (Per Tides Beach Club HOA). VRBO insurance is required. Monthly price will vary - depending on time of year. Once your reservation is submitted, your quote will be recalculated to reflect the following pricing schedule::
