Nestled in the beautiful hills of Encino, where many from the entertainment business call their home, this modern quiet retreat is just a few minutes drive south of Ventura Blvd and a short drive from most LA attractions.
The comfortable sofa converts into a full sized bed to sleep 2 people with an added mattress topper for increased comfort. The newly built modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes all the utensils you need to make a home cooked meal.
The new 52" TV includes Netflix and is attached to a swivel wall bracket to allow viewing from any angle in the property, including the bed. The bathroom includes a beautiful glass walk-in shower with a combined rain showerhead and handheld showerhead.
All ceiling lights and lamps in the property are dimmable to set the ambiance. Double curtains allow you to choose between full sunlight, partial sunlight or full blackout.
The air conditioning unit heats and cools to your desired temperature, or you can use the ceiling fan if you just want to feel the breeze in your safari retreat ;)
