On the ground floor is a huge living room, dining area, open kitchen fully equipped, a large bedroom with bathroom, and a comfortable, very private terrace, accessible from the living room and the bedroom. On the first floor, a mezzanine with a master suite, a bathroom, the laundry and second terrace with outdoor shower. Master suite, through the large panoramic windows, and the terrace, have stunning open view of the Ocean and surroundings hills.
The set has been decorated with great taste, in a sleek style. The huge windows and glass walls bring a great luminosity to the interior and a feeling of very appreciable space.
