3 Bedroom House in Linton
This was our family home for 7 years. In 2020 we had the home rebuilt from scratch. The family room is large with lots of seating and a beautiful gas fireplace with a streaming TV above the mantle, big windows and lots of natural light.
The kitchen has huge black granite counters and a large island perfect for spending time together while fixing meals. All dishes and pots and pans for preparing meals are provided. There is also working Pot filler faucet above the gas range so there is no need for carrying large pots of water across the kitchen. The kitchen also has beautiful Amish made knotty hickory cabinets and a large food pantry.
The master bedroom has a king memory foam bed and all of the furniture is custom made from a furniture maker local to southern Indiana. Anytime you need to relax and clean up the Master bathroom has heated tile floors and a beautiful custom designed and built tile shower with two shower heads.
Enjoy some time outdoors with a manicured back yard and inviting patio with a fire table. No matter what brings you to Linton and Greene County you will be at your home away from home in this fully furnished warm and comfortable space.

Concerning the ***CLEANING FEES*** we charge. Our home is cleaned and managed by an amazing woman from Linton where this home is located. She is unable to work at typical places of employment. So 100% of the cleaning fee charged goes to her for the exemplary job she does keeping this large property in such amazing condition inside and out. We are proud to give back to our community in this way.
