On the first floor, you’ll find a great room with a functional gas fireplace and smart TV, a sunroom (with a futon), a kitchen, a dining area, and a master bedroom with a private full bathroom.
Head downstairs to the recreation room, complete with a foosball table, games, and second television. Off of the recreation room are an additional full bathroom, another two bedrooms, and a second master ensuite. The sliding door accesses the outdoor patio with plenty of comfortable seating and a charcoal grill. There’s a short path leading to an adorable, custom firepit with a complementary s’mores kit. With multiple seating areas, this home is perfect for gathering together or separately.

Property Use
The premises shall be used for only residential purposes and for no other reason. Special events, weddings, and social gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy are prohibited.
Pets
While this property is listed as pet-friendly, only a maximum of two dogs are allowed at this home. Cats are not permitted due to owner allergies; sorry! As not all of our guests travel with pets, please be advised that a daily pet fee of $20/day/pet will be collected. Violation of not coordinating for a pet may result in immediate eviction and/or an increased pet fee of $500. Guests must inform us of quantity and breed of dog(s) they will be traveling with. Renter will be responsible for all additional cleaning costs and any losses to the property due to pets.
Furry friends are NOT allowed on furniture or beds at any time. Pets who are left unattended must be crated. There is a blue bin in a closet containing pet bowls and waste bags. All pet waste MUST be disposed of before departure, or additional fees will be assessed. Emotional Service Animals will incur standard pet fees.
Smoking
Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly forbidden inside of the home. If evidence is found (odor, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum $1,000 fee will be charged.
Firepit
Make sure you pour water over embers (in the grill or fire pit) when you are finished for the evening/day. Do not throw hot coals or ash in the trash can. Guests agree to use common safety practices with the firepit, along with following all local guidelines related to fires.
Bugs/ Critters
This is an absolutely wonderful home in a gorgeous and convenient, but remote, location. While we regularly spray for bugs, please be aware that due to the remote location and surrounding woods, you're bound to see a critter or two -- it's a way of life here in the mountains. To prevent these critters from sneaking in, please keep windows and doors closed.
Noise
Please be mindful of our neighbors. No parties are authorized on this property. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am.
Check-In and Check Out
Check-in time is 3 pm; check-out time is 10 am. These times are firm unless you have coordinated for early check-in or late check-out beforehand.
Parking
Parking is available for 2-3 cars on the concrete pad in front of the home. No additional cars should be parked off of the driveway.
Drugs
Absolutely NO DRUGS are tolerated. If we find evidence of possession/ use, authorized will be promptly notified and guest reservation will be terminated immediately, with forfeiture by guest of all fees.
Occupancy
Primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years old. We reserve the right to require a security deposit from guests who we deem to be a higher risk (i.e., underage guests, bachelor parties, lack of reviews).
Protection of Property
Do not move furniture during your stay. This can cause damage to the furniture and/or floors. All original items must remain in the home, in the condition they were found. Accidental (and other) damages must be reported immediately. Guest accepts monetary responsibility for missing or damaged item(s). Stained or damaged linens may require replacement or laundering fees by guests.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property that are due to forces beyond our control. We cannot guarantee emergency resolution for inconveniences that may occur to prevent the use of amenities such as, but not limited to, television and internet. Refunds will not be given for instances such as these.
Right of Entry
While we value our guests' privacy, we must reserve the right to enter the property in the event of an emergency or to make urgent repairs. We will always attempt to provide adequate notice when this is required if we're unable to coordinate maintenance between stays.
