This property boasts 130 feet of water frontage which wraps around the cottage allowing for water views from almost every angle. While this property has the privacy and seclusion of rural living in a fully-winterized cottage, it is also just a 10-minute drive 'to the conveniences of downtown Huntsville.'For year-around fun, Bear Essentials is within a 18-minute driving radius to HiddenValley Highlands Ski Area and Muskoka Ski Club, Arrowhead Ice Skating Trail andseveral golf courses. There are also snowmobiling, snowshoeing and hiking trails inwalking distance.' The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 four-piece bathroom. Bedroom on the second story has a picturesque Juliet balcony with a scenic view of the lake. The fully-stocked kitchen overlooks the elevated cathedral pine ceilings in the dining area. Its against the township by-law.• Insects and wildlife are a part of cottage country. Please discourage them by keeping doors and screens closed. • Maximum two pets allowed. • Pets cannot be left unattended, and we ask that you pick up after your pet. • Please do not put anything into the toilets but into the trash cans provided in the washrooms for paper towels, Kleenex, tampons, pads, flushable wipes, hair etc• Please clean and empty fridge, microwave, and Oven.• Empty all garbage containers.• There is a fire ban in the region for the month of April. Lighting an outdoor fire at this time will lead to penalties imposed by the city officials.• GUESTS ARE TO TAKE GARBAGE AND RECYCLE BACK WITH THEM AT THE END OF THEIR STAY.• Summer seasonal activities (dock, kayak, canoe etc) are available for guest use between Victoria Day weekend to Thanksgiving weekend.
