Charming three bedroom, three and a half bath townhome with appealing views and cozy furnishings. You'll enjoy the award-winning pool with the beautiful palm trees all around. Be sure to bring your beach gear! You can easily load up the car in the garage and the beach is only a short drive away. After a short flight of steps, you enter on the second floor. You can then head down the steps to the first floor, where the third bedroom includes a private bathroom and a private patio with gate access to the pool. Going back up to the second floor will be the open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The dining and kitchen area is fully equipped with updated appliances, ample storage and everything you need at your fingertips. The living area has large windows, a sleeper sofa and a private balcony that over looks the pool. The third floor includes two master suites with private bathrooms, walk in closets and the washer and dryer. The first master suite on the right includes a private balcony that over looks the pool. -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
