Beautiful brand new remodel in this luxurious and spacious one bedroom condo. We are located in the Sea Woods community directly across from the no drive section of New Smyrna Beach. This condo is across from the main pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, and shuffle boards. Enjoy over 50 acres of beautiful walking and biking trails, 3 pools (one heated in winter). Our spacious condo features well equipped kitchen, full size washer dryer, queen size bed + single daybed, premium pull out sofa.

Summary: This is a very clean and updated home. In the bathroom it was divided into two rooms by a door, in one room it had a sink where someone could be getting ready while the other side of the bathroom it had a shower, toilet, and another sink. This allowed us to get ready quicker having such a large bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and laid out easy to use. It was a short walk to the beach, and it wasn’t crowded and no driving on beach in this area so we had a great time.
